She has the stupid form that we need to fill in, but I might be easier to reach for handoffs, since she has Uni and I work for myself!

Let me set up a paypal account today.

We need a final attendance count as well, so I'll scroll through the list and try to get a list of who has said they are in.

Then we can book the table.

The problem I personally am having with coordinating this and calling them is that they don't open until noon and I never have any time after lunch!!

Okay, my Paypal is set up, although I have no idea what to tell people it is called, I'm new to this!

It also might take a few days to set up, so maybe it would be better if someone else collected the deposit?

i think you just have to give people your email adress and they send the money as a gift to that email through paypal.

i can collect if you like, the only thing is, i wont be in town til we are meeting on the 1st. would that be too late for them to receive it?

Paypal + TLC = total confusion. DH has a paypal account, so if that's the way we're paying for this I'll get him to pay you the money win win situation for you and I both.

I'll keep checking back to see what the craic is.

I've already thanked botty off thread but I do want to say thanks again for taking over when I realised I couldn't float the deposit for even a couple of days. It's the only bad part of running my own Co...waiting for people to pay me and then waiting for the damn cheque to clear!
