What I ate LC today

Trying to get back onto the LC wagon here...

So thought I'd post here what I eat every day for some accountability .

It would be lovely if anyone wants to join me and share what you have eaten too.

Breakfast:
Tea
Coffee w cream
Veg omelette

Now am off to try and drink loads of water ☺️!

Had put a couple of lbs on over my holiday. Annoying. But predictable.

L - I had a chicken and bacon caesar salad (without croutons) , a boiled egg, a ball of mozzarella with olive oil, cup of tea with almond milk

might have something else before i go to bed. Starting to feel peckish (last ate around 13:00)

I love this diet as it’s so filling

today, I had;

B - nothing
L - 2 salmon fillets with steamed broccoli and about 3 hard boiled eggs , one tea spoon of almond butter
D - some cheddar cheese, half a pack of smoked mackerel, strawberries & clotted cream , tea with almond milk

B:eggs, Mushrooms, Feta, collagen cream coffee

L: a few handfuls of popcorn, A bit of chocolate , small glass of wine 🙈🙈🙈

I’m going to have a tuna salad for dinner in a minute.

I’ll be better tomorrow!!

I’m thinking I’m going to try intermittent fasting alongside LC and see how that goes. Next week will be tricky though because I have a very big week coming up with lots of exertion as well as socialising… will see how I go!

i can’t remember what I’ve had the past days but I’m still very much on track.

Today:
B - nothing (I never eat or drink before 12pm) unless water obviously

L - chicken leg & drumstick, asparagus, scrambled eggs . Tea with cow’s milk as I’ve run out of almond

B smoothie with cottage cheese, banana, protein powder and almond butter
S boiled eggs X2 with mayo and mustard
L Halloumi with leftovers roasted veg from Sunday dinner and cottage cheese
D roast chicken and peppers
P freek yoghurt with peanut butter and melted dark choc

I need to cut down drastically on carbs. I have two stone to lose. I just get fed up of eating the same stuff and also snack on sweet stuff when I'm bored!

Today I have been low carb for 7 weeks.

B - nothing
L - whole pack of smoked mackerel eaten on the go. Then ball of mozzarella with loads of olive oil and then some strawberries and blueberries with double cream. Tea w/ almond milk
D - Stilton & walnut salad, tea w/ almond milk

you’ll lose two stone in no time Nose, I have to lose 4/5…. :(

Yesterday I had:
B boiled egg and protein smoothie
L nothing
S Cucumber and cream cheese/cottage cheese
D Went out and had a delicious roasted cauliflower/halloumi thing.

Does everyone here do low carb the way the bootcamp does it? Or following a looser approach? What has weight loss been like? Also does anyone know what's going on with bootcamp? Theres usually one going on or about to start but on the last thread BIWI said they're not doing another but I'm not sure if I've misread?

@StJamesInfirmary You’re right, there is no bootcamp (not that I’ve done it before, but I’ve looked and can’t see anything)

I’ve lost approx 2 stone in 7 1/2 weeks. I say approx as I didn’t weight myself for the first month or so.

I did strict keto this time last year but now I’m doing low carb. I lost 2 1/2 stone last year in 10 weeks but then I put it all back on plus about a stone on top (don’t remind me)

Today I've had a lot of small things through the day until dinner:

B/L/S: boiled egg with butter and salt, apple with almond butter, babybel, cucumber with cream cheese, protein smoothie, square of dark choc
D: cabbage, salmon and a cottage cheese dip thing with lots of olive oil

B - nothing
L - some calf liver with a pork chop, kale with olive oil and Parmesan. Then kefir with almond butter and raspberries. Tea with almond milk

going to try and keep it as that today. I’m sure I’ll be able to.

last year while doing keto I ate one meal a day and it was pretty much the same. Steak & boiled eggs & and some kind of cruciferous vegetables. With some kefir and a handful of blueberries.

Now, I drink tea with almond milk, cook with onions sometimes, have a dash of soya sauce on meals. I even had some peas in my keto paella & a square of 100% dark chocolate. I never would have done this last year on keto

Help. Been doing omad for almost 5 months. Lower carb than I was before reducing it even more. Had a few wobbles here and there but mostly stuck to lower than usual carbs and usually just that one meal. Don't seem to have lost any weight at all. Have been trying to up my excercise. Feeling quite down about it could it be a thyroid or cortisol issue? Am I just eating too much not working out enough?
What i usually eat:
Around 12-13.00 2 eggs with 3 mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, little bit of cheddar cheese and a large table spoon of soft cheese 1 cup of coffee with full fat milk and a little extra cream in it. Sometimes a small pancake, or 1 slice of home made toast on the side. Handful of berries.

Weight 100kg have been doing this since Feb/March yet don't seem to have lost anything.

Went from eating anything and everything 2 or 3 times a day to just this and nothing happening.

Maybe I need to go even lower carb? More fat more protein. Just can't eat much in one meal.

Fasting as well usually at least 15-18 hours.

Ok so now it has been 8 months. Jan I was 103kg. Now I am 91kg so have lost some weight. Gone down a dress size. Just initially had felt like wasn't losing much although I felt better. Also type 2 which is what kicked me into doing more to try and reverse it. The fasting really helps. Keeping it low carb but I do have a carby day now and then. Most days though just have 1 meal or 1 meal and a snack or 2 meals. No more grazing. Also been doing post meal walking workouts to help with BGL. Those Also really help. Taking benfotamine (vit b1), blackseed, vit d3/k2 and zinc. Occasionally creatinine too.
