What I ate LC today

Trying to get back onto the LC wagon here...

So thought I'd post here what I eat every day for some accountability .

It would be lovely if anyone wants to join me and share what you have eaten too.

Breakfast:
Tea
Coffee w cream
Veg omelette

Now am off to try and drink loads of water ☺️!

L: cheese, ham and salad, coffee with milk
D: pumpkin soup, a few mixed nuts, 3 pickled onions

Pork patties for breakfast.

Lunch was just coffee with cream as still full.

Dinner was meatballs with tomato sauce, mozzarella and broccoli.

I found a really good ready meal in Tescos which is lc. A chicken bake with bacon, leek and a parmesan crust. One of the ones in a foil tray. Was pretty good and plan to buy again. Only bought it initially as reduced.

L- 250g beef liver cooked in butter
D- fried mince beef with cheddar and hot sauce.

Today

Breakfast: coffee with cream

Lunch: full fat Greek yoghurt with pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds, 2 sausages, flat white

Dinner: homemade chilli con carne with grated cheese, blueberries with Greek yoghurt, coffee with cream

In 10 days I'm 4 lbs down and 1.5 inches off my waist.

I'm having a wobble today. I think it was the cold and grey weather plus a despondent boyfriend getting me down. In the end I shared a slice of carrot cake with him at a cafe, it was gorgeous and I instantly wanted more. I've eaten two (small) bowls of Greek yoghurt with frozen raspberries just to satisfy my cravings for something sweet this evening. On the one hand I'm proud that I didn't dive into the biscuit tin, but worried I've sabotaged the whole thing.

Ooo I've neglected this thread, will get back on it!

I saw the next stone down on my scales this morning so am very happy with that.

B: FFGY tiny bit of honey / coffee with cream & collagen
L: Leek & Fennel soup
D: sweet potato, avocado, refried beans, sour cream cheese

Realise Beans aren't great but was starving.

Well done, how long have you been losing weight?

Breakfast: coffee with cream, yoghurt and raspberries
Lunch: battered fish with mushy peas
Dinner: cauliflower and broccoli in a sauce made with double cream and cheese, watermelon

breakfast - nothing

lunch - about 4 M&S cheese wrapped in prosciutto

Some roast chicken with broccoli & cauliflower cheese

cup of tea with almond milk

about 3 tea spoons of almond butter off the spoon

Plain greek yogurt with a tea spoon of peanut butter, cinnamon, raspberries and blueberries.

That will hopefully will last me until tomorrow lunch time now

Ooo had totally lost this thread and it’s just popped back up!
Have been on holiday so completely fell the LC again.
Will start back tomorrow with a gym visit and a bit of a bootcamp I think.

Now to have a read back through what everyone’s been eating 😁

ball of buffalo mozzarella drowned in olive oil (one of my favourite snacks)

a bit of cheddar cheese

another cup of tea with almond tea

Pot of fresh mussels from M&S

half a square of Lindt 90% dark chocolate

I don’t track my net carbs but have a feeling I’ve gone way over today….

Yesterday I was back in the gym.

L hot smoked salmon, 1/2 an avo, bit of cheese, pickled cucumber dresssed lightly with olive oil & apple cider vinegar
D prawn cocktail & 1/2 avo

Drank about 2 pints water - need to increase this!

L - whole packet of smoked mackerel and then Greek yogurt with some strawberries and a tea spoon of almond butter
D - some steamed broccoli, some salami dipped in guacamole, cup of tea with almond milk, tea spoon of almond butter off the spoon
