I am hideously overweight and have been following the paleo diet for about 8 weeks, I have lost just under 2 stone with another 6 to go
I am really really struggling to eat a varied diet, evening meals are not as difficult to plan as we have just been having either chicken,pork or steak with roasted vegetables but breakfast and lunch are proving really difficult so I haven't really been bothering to eat then which is not healthy I know.
I haven't been buying any of the crap that I used to binge on and feel absolutely fantastic in terms of my energy levels and mental health.
Can anyone give me any suggestions for meals that are relatively easy to prepare that are paleo friendly please?
