After getting back from hol on Saturday morning, I have got straight back on BC. My weight is pretty much what it was this time last year and I am now a stone heavier than I was at Christmas, which is incredibly disappointing. I feel dreadful, no energy, wobbly, a mouth full of ulcers and am desperate for some good food.

Yesterday I had:
Late B: scrambled eggs and butter, two slices of bacon and mushrooms fried in butter
L: Bovril
D: chicken curry, made with chick thighs, tinned toms, shallot, garlic, spices, coconut milk, cauli rice fried in butter

I also had half a bottle of red wine we brought back from France, just to finish it off but no more

Today I'm planning:

B: as above
L: probs as above, don't tend to do lunch at weekends, as eat early with DS
D: chicken fajitas in romaine lettuce with peppers (not too many), shallots, avocado, sour cream, little bit of salsa and grated cheddar

I've done a complete plan for the week too and shopped accordingly so there should be no excuses for not sticking with it.

I still lost weight this morning ha!

2 weeks of paleo lite - as in I'm still allowed a bit of milk and am not forbidding beans / lentils etc - and I've lost 1.5 kg which is around 3.5 lbs, this isn't fluctuation as its been steadily trending down despite mini fluctuations.

I know the next 5lbs will be TOUGH

I've stuck to the diet 90 per cent of the time.
My crimes in the past fortnight include 1 brioche burger bun (I know!) 1 flapjack and a couple of glasses of wine/beer.

How is everyone else getting on?

That's great Grumpy! Well done on that loss! I'm sure you'll be at your goal in plenty of time for the big day Smile.

Yes, I'm still ticking along here, though had a bit of a Friday night treat meal out. I wasn't outrageous but did have a few chips with my salad and a few Wines. In my defence, it was a leaving do for the friend who is moving to France Sad.

Been ok today, though swear I'm hungover despite not drinking all that much. Maybe because I've been low carbing? Don't know.

Should also confess to a bacon sandwich and toast during the day yesterday which I'd forgotten about with the whole meal out debacle... Blush. Oh well, back on course now! Will see what the scales say about it next week Confused.

Ooh hello! This thread just popped up on Active convos. I'm on the main BC inbetween thread, but it's pretty quiet. It'd be nice to join you, if that's ok. I'm just coming to the end of my fourth week of bootcamping. Have lost 9lbs so far. Lost almost 2 stone on BC a couple of years ago but put it all back on again and more, mainly due to being a piggy wiggy carby twat, but also due to medication. I need to lose 3 stone, really.

Will read thread properly tomorrow, but just wanted to say hello.

I had a glass of prosecco with lunch (to calm my nerves after visiting wedding venue TBF) - it's started to feel real!

Also 1/4 of a mini pizza with lunch. But rest of day vg - coffee, eggs & cauliflower for breakfast, mostly seafood & salad for lunch.

I've done pretty well this weekend. Only small deviation was the maple syrup roast gammon joint. Although it was absolutely delicious so I don't feel that bad.. (I probably need to get out of that mind set though Blush)
