Hello - me too please ! I don't need the spreadsheet so haven't added my self to the list.
I had been watching and hoping for a pre Christmas bootcamp.
I did 2 properly and one half heartedly in the last year and so I know it works I just struggle to stay as focused all the time.
I have sort of maintained for the last few months but need to get back in control.
One more stone to go and I would be happy.

best someone (so sorry can't remember who) on the last BC worked out how to do it. I saved the instructions:

"ipad users if you are unable to update the weigh in sheet download an app called Google Sheets free from the App Store, sign in - does not have to be a Google account, I used my outlook one - next time you have clicked on the sheet link go to the app and you should see the sheet listed there, open it up and you should be able to edit it, I just did this with my ancient ipad 2"

Right. I have started! 2 boiled eggs for breakfast instead of a lovely bowl of muesli. I put some cauliflower couscous in my tesco order this week. Otherwise I'm hoping that I can eat much of what I normally eat just without the carb side order. Will see how it goes....
