Holidays have gone and i am back up to starting weight Angry

So starting again today and keeping track of my food in my own thread as before

Oh, one thing i'm going to do is not force myself to eat three meals in a day - when i'm getting up late and going to bed early i dont need them.

Brunch - omelette with cheese, shallot and mushroom. 2 black coffees

Late lunch saturday of mcdonalds big tasty without the bread, with a salad

Night out - spirits and sugar free mixers. Cheese and more water when i got home.


Sunday out all day at a dancing competition.

breakfast - lc sausages and sugar free red bull

Then a not great afternoon - ham sandwich for lunch and kfc for tea.
Snack - Strawberries and cream, litre of water

But my weight is still down this morning :)
