By the way, I'm going to start a thread next week about preparing for Bootcamp, so keep an eye out for that.
One of the key things, we've all discovered over the years, is that planning and preparation is absolutely vital - especially to help get through the first couple of weeks.
Can I also suggest, in advance of the new thread, that if you haven't already, that you try and do some reading about Low Carbing, and the science behind it, so that you have an idea of what it's all about and what we're trying to do?
One of the best books to get, and also one of the easiest to read, is Dr John Briffa's "Escape the Diet Trap" (God, I should get commission for the number of times I recommend it
).
Or, find one of the earlier Bootcamp threads and go to the spreadsheet; on the tabs at the bottom you'll find one for resources. There are all kinds of links there to books, blogs, videos, etc.
