Hi everyone,

Can I join? Have no idea about any of this but was reading the Davina sugar thread in AIBU and someone mentioned the boot camp? I've been massively overweight since DD and DS 6 years ago and finding it really hard. I need a complete overhaul of how I approach food!

Do I just read through the different sections? How does it work?
