I hope your weigh-in this morning is good! Just one more week, and hopefully we can shed at least one more of those pesky pounds.

Breakfast today was a Dukan oat bran bar as I'm still struggling to eat but need to cycle to college soon, have bought another aubergine for chips for dinner and fromage frais with berries for lunch.

ready well at least you realised how shit carby stuff can make you feel and it will reinforce how good LC is for you Grin Glad you enjoyed the festival, I've not been to anything.

I'm doing much better this week, wouldn't be hard!

B: Fried egg, coffee with cream
L: Chicken breast, salad (lettuce, peppers, coleslaw)
D: Taco bake
S: Cheese and some peanuts

I was going to go out a cycle tonight but I have been absolutely shattered recently (last week or two), I slept in until 0815 this morning. I am normally a naturally early riser at wake at 0600/0630 so it was very unusual for me. I even fell asleep at work at the microscope last week Shock

Will have an even earlier night tonight and hope I am less tired tomorrow.

My new favourite breakfast in the whole world is two eggs, boiled until they are just past soft, then peeled and into a bowl with a fuck off slab of good salty butter, more salt, pepper, and a couple of slices of smoked ham torn up and mashed in

Training this morning went great. I'm exercising in a fasted state and doing just fine Grin

I'm half a pound up. Not too bad considering..
Sayra there's still this weekend? We're planning on taking ds1 to see the fireworks for the end of the tattoo.
You're right though, I feel so much better lc-ing. Only 1st 4 to get to my target weight. 12 weeks on Saturday to the wedding so 10 weeks to get there!

mmm trash thats sounds good but for some reason with eggs that get chopped up or mashed I need to have them hard boiled! I love runny yolks in fried eggs or just boiled eggs but not chopped up Smile

I went to the fireworks last year with some friends who go every year...they haven't invited us this year though! I think you could do it ready or get very close, even if you just lose 1lb per week until then you will only be half a stone above your target which would be amazing! You will need to post before and after pictures then I'll have to keep an eye out for you Grin

Lets focus on the positive schro Grin well done on your lb down, hope you start to feel better soon and are able to eat.

Feeling less tired and played badminton yesterday lunchtime and then went a 15 mile cycle in the evening.

Food Yesterday

B: Eggs (3) in a cup, coffee with cream
L: Taco Bake
D: Tuna mayonnaise

(not enough veg yesterday)

Food Today

B: Eggs (3) in a cup, coffee with cream
L: Salad from work with some sort of protein - whatever they are selling
D: Taco Bake
S: Cucumber and pepper sticks

I have lost 2 of the 3 lbs I put on last week so thats good especially considering that its TOTM which always adds on a few. Fingers crossed when that is over that a few more lbs come off.

I have lost another pound which is brilliant but I'm a bit sad that I won't make my target by the end of Bootcamp. I'm starting weight training next week when the kids go back to school so from then on my weight will be going up again (hopefully) as I put on some muscle.

I hope I make it.. I probably will post some pictures after the wedding, I bought my dress in March and it fitted perfectly then so there's a fair it of taking in to do Smile
Glad the schools are back, now I'm back at work it's easier to make sure I stay on track, and aerobics is back on!!
Although saying that I struggled with drinking enough water yesterday and drank too much coffee.

Food yesterday
B - natural yog with a splash of cream
L - broccoli and Stilton soup with crispy bacon and double cream
D - roast portobello mushroom with garlic butter, salad and a venison grill steak.

Today -
B - yog and double cream
L - going to ikea so will probably be salad with chicken or ham or something
D - planning on making chilli (without the beans) to stuff into roast peppers with a bit of cheese on top. Maybe some salad too.

I've already drank two pints of water. Halfway through my third. I will drink enough today!

Sorry to intrude but I posted under "lowcarbdiets" and no one has answered yet (dinner time). I started lowish carbing on Tuesday morning for my IBS more than anything, it stops the wind and cramps Blush.
Anyway about an hour ago I developed a sore throat and feel fluey. Is this the carb flu that is talked about or am I maybe coming down with a cold. Don't think I have had this before. Thanks.

Milly when I have carb flu I feel fatigued and headachey, I've never had a sore throat with it.

schro its not really my taco bake, I think it was LMD who adapted it from something else and I think I have further adapted it. I don't really follow recipes....

Minced beef browned, I also do onions (or shallots) plus any random tomatoes that are going wrinkly. Spices, I just use whatever is lying around...

Creme fraiche and cream cheese mixed together and spread in the bottom of an ovenproof dish, add the mince on top and then cover in cheese and stick in oven until cheese all nice and melted and yummy.

Well done Stunt how much have you got to go now?

I've been faltering this bootcamp but it seems to be on the move again, should I be expecting the loss to slow down as I get closer to target weight? as it seems to be but I still have more to loose Carb refeads ???

foods been a bit off as I seem to have picked up a stomach bug, but not stopped training. Getting closer to back to school time Smile its been a long summer.
