I nearly fell off my chair this morning when i got a sorry letter form the CSA with a £50.00 compensation for the way they have handled my case.

Of course not what I want ie payment from my x but in the meantime will buy a few bottles of red or three over Christmas which I was not expecting.

I got my MP involved and then didnt give up rebutting every one of their excuses via him every time they wrote to him. This has been going on and off for three years now and maybe this time we will see some results. An apology was a good start!

Men like that are useless Anarchy! Mine does the signing on and off thing and sickness.

I got the money because I finally gave up trying to be nice and complained via my MP and the shadow secretary of state and every other person I could think of and lo they started to do something instead of sitting around.

I am now following up because my X has also been giving false addresses to the CSA which is illegal and I want to know how they are going to pursue this with him.

No more Mrs Nice lady!

I struggle month in and out whilst earning a reasonable salary taking on two jobs one of which is full time and he lounges in his big house with four cars! I thought about giving up but these are my kids and I think someone who is bereft of morals should be reminded that they have responsibilities.
