It is Friday and as usual the dc will be off to their dads. I am extremely lucky that he has them overnight I know, but I hate the Friday evenings.

I do have stuff I can do like ironing and assembling flat pack furniture but neither are appealing lol.

Going out isn't an option.

I need a window cleaner , no seriously I do lol.

I am off to a bonfire party with the kids tommorow night, and then swimming lessons for 2 out of 3 on Sunday morning.

You make me laugh when you go on about your garage, it reminds me of my dad

Right, time for bed for me. Got a driving lesson tommorow and I like to be awake enough to have a fair idea what I am doing

Have a nice time cleaning windows and doing garage stuff Sdo3

I really am off to bed now, but thanks for cheering me up a bit.

PC - Yes sort them out, i am finally liking having my lessons and can't wait to pass.

Should do shouldn't I? It does hold me back, but I have got so used to not driving that I am a bit scared of driving now!

Glad you're feeling a little better & hope you have a good day tomorrow.

Ahem, apologies for being so embarssingly whingy again last night.

PC - Learning to drive is one of those things that I never wanted to do because I thought i'd be crap at it, and I was wrong, I am actually ok at it. I still get a bit nervy before each lesson but once I set off I am normally ok then.

congrats on learning to drive - saw you mention wanting to ages ago but didnt realise you were. dont be bothered about pre lesson nerves - is just that youre thinking about what to do. gets more natural if you can practice in someone elses car between lessons.

and that wasnt whingy, guess youre just waiting for something to happen - especially with the kids being out. we all need something to look forward to.

hope youve had a great day

i now have some clean windows and a nearly rewired garage - fun eh?
