It is Friday and as usual the dc will be off to their dads. I am extremely lucky that he has them overnight I know, but I hate the Friday evenings.

I do have stuff I can do like ironing and assembling flat pack furniture but neither are appealing lol.

Going out isn't an option.

LOL Lou, but you know i'd scan and then sit as far away as poss don't you.

If I actually wanted to go and see a film alone then that would be fine, but i'd only be going alone because I don't have one single person I could go with.

That would get me down hugely so i'd rather not bother.

no you would have to sit next to him, and grab his thigh when something makes you jump!

ROFL, sounds good.

I wanted to go and see Saw, but I won't watch horror films on my own lol.

Bloody hell. I decided to watch a film, and all I had was one my mum lent me called Animal Atraction or something.

Totally wrong thing for me to watch

Umm i'd be lying if i said yes tbh.

I am so sick of pretending that this is all ok, I can't be bothered anymore really, and I just want to scream at them all to shut the fuck up and stop asking me if I am ok, because honestly, if they used their brains and thought about it, why would I be ok.

oops sorry - was typing - didnt see your post.

then dont pretend - just tell it how it is - and look forward to doing something - anything. hows the work plans?

I could never actually say it to anyone. They think I am fine, that I have it all sorted and that all this doesn't bother me.

Haven't started work yet. The hospital seem to have a recruitment dept that do anything except their job lol.

yeah well most people - except the odd one or two - think the same of me. mr dependable, always there, do anything kind of guy. in reality tho i'm sick of being on my own and am loosing interest just to come home and there be no one here - except the kids of course.

dont forget tho - when you get to work - eventually - youll meet loads of people - not just patients. just think of all the ranting you can do

that was the hardly bit. have to go back in tomorrow briefly - and sunday, tho is only ten minutes away.

best bit is tho - ive bought some ladders - am gonna wash my windows!! if you new me, youd know that is really something. they get done twice a year. then have to rewire my garage - has been emptied and cleaned, and have been painting it (inside) - and have insulated and boarded it this week. has been lots of late nights.

and need to scrounge a lawnmower (am a gardener that doesnt own one) to give lawns a last cut of the year.

not the most exciting weekend, but at least home for a couple of days.

next weekend is rallying - woo hoo!! historic rac in the forests.

am free the weekend after tho

what you doing?

I am loving the fact it's Friday too! Had a couple of glasses of wine, music channel on because there is rubbish on tv, so flitting between looking on here & looking for Christmas presents online. Trying to get organised this year!
