My diet has improved beyond measure since I was dropped off in the gutter and I have lost a stone!

No more griddled organic chicken with cashew nuts in walnut oil with fig salad. Yay!

Don't fret copinvshhh (sure you're not) I am ok....am in the kitchen, enduring the silence, drinking rubbish white wine and going to brush gnashing teeth again any minute.

Ds reassuringly asleep upstairs. Going to Asda tomorrow. Then to get passport form sent off at post office for ds - in case I find the courage to take him away with me this summer. Doubt it. But, have passport will travel = the kind of mentality that has helped me in the past. Of course it's a bit different now having a baby [hmm}

But if they're wrapped up tightly and sealed with packing tape, can't they go in the hold?

Hope you got some sleep, and Mr Bean is not waking you too early!

Time is the only thing that is going to help you, and we can't stop time. You WILL get better. Trust me.

Try to get to ASDA, you will feel proud of yourself tonight if you do. Try to buy yourself small favourite treats, little ready made snacks that you will eat, you may be more likely to eat them than doing a full dinner.

You can take a baby away if you want to - it's not too hard, it's just that you haven't done it yet. Take it all one step at a time, HB, you'll get there.

There are millions of us here on this board, so don't go away. Even if it seems like everybody in RL is happily married, it can't be so, because there are loads of single mn-ers.

Also, as well as music I found reading really gruesome books like kathy reichs helpful. Romance made me want to vomit. Murders I took in my stride.

They cuffed me! It's bloody amazing I am still standing in this rotten country let alone that they can take my baby off me.

See? You were all wrong. They can take a baby off you quite easily. Shame they can't arrest and cuff a husband for abandonment and shagging whores though. Oh well.
