JAMSAMBAM, Hi cheers for the comment i think it makes sense to me?? Nice to think you read the whole thread and took the time to comment on me and not be negative lol. Seems Shelley seems to be the queen of the show!!! Umm as to having a nephew in wales, not me!! What made you think that??

shedev · 14/04/2008 09:23

haha thanks pramface queen, but what i've been reading and hearing, i think most of the mums have earned respect for going through what we went through.xxx

I think you're all great for exposing your lives like that, couldn't do it myself. It's very brave.

You do all seem great though, you've come across very well. But (and apologies if they're lurking) I can't warm to Toni or Robin. Just my opinion though, doubt if they'd think much of me either!

I'm looking forward to see how the single dad gets on!

I think Toni is funny, not scared to say what she thinks!

Tash was good to stand up to the camera people.

I agree about Robin being hard to warm to, but she's gradually doing more stuff in the house and the wall's coming down!

Shelley, you were very patient with Teresina's(sp?)ex,he was really defensive-I have to admit I didn't think too much of him-from what I saw-bloody hard work!

Thanks wooga, i did feel bad, but he'd come to the house ate or food, spent time in the mansion but hardly ever bothered with tere or charlie, therefore i asked him why he was here?? He does need help like, but what a strange boy he was xxx

I didn't mean to be dismissive shedev. I really don't know what pramface means. Yes I can see it's a disrespectful term of some kind for lone-mothers and many posters seem to find it very offensive but I still don't understand what it means.

Watched this for the first time last night.

Very interesting; there are some great characters in the house.

I was shocked by the fact the children of the single Dad didn't seem to have their seatbelts on in the car though - it was surprising as he seemed very responsible in other ways.

I have been watching and enjoying. Must say I would have struggled not to tell 1 person in the house exactly what I thought of her !!

Report
gillybean2 · 15/04/2008 14:17

The children of the single dad aren't the only ones not wearing seatbelts. In the intro credits one of the mums has her baby on her lap in the back of the car!

i think most of the mums done fantastically well and were very brave going on that programme. it musta have bin so hard dealing wiv so many mums and kids all in one house especialy if u r not used to living wiv other people.
its nice to know u r not on ur own the way u feel when u r on ur own if that makes sense. i could not have done anythin like that so well done mums of the mansion x

Well I will if you don't Schmoopoo!

I almost stopped watching in protest last night, it upset me so much seeing that poor little boy left behind without his friends. Regardless of what they thought of your Tasha, that was petty, mean minded and horrible. Every one of the mums who voted to leave you and him behind should be ashamed.

And speaking of being petty and mean, afraid after last night I haven't warmed to Toni at all! What a horrible attitude, she must be very insecure to have to keep telling people how much better her expensive holidays usually are. At one point she even offered to bring out her photos to show people what a "proper" holiday was! And Marbella chalets app. aren't for "people like her". She came across as a really nasty piece of work to be honest. So I haven't changed my mind there!
