right ive been asked on a date & well........

ive been asked on a date by a man of plenty of fish he seems really nice but his pic does nothing for me i mean it doesnt repulse me but it doesnt make me think wow hes nice am i being shallow or stupid

im intending on going to meet he as hes nice to talk to & looks arnt everything but a small part of me is only going to experience a date & get back into dating only a small part of me that is

god i sound so shallow & stupid its just he doesnt make my knees tremble my heart pound or anything like that

help please

im just nervous i havent done this for 7yrs my last 2 partners where friend long before there was any talk of relationships or dates

You do feel nervous leading up to that first date. I was really nervous when I went on my first date since H & myself separated, but I soon relaxed once we were out, and I met him again last night for date number 2!

I've had a few internet dates and ime the ones with no pic or bad pics turn out to be the nicest men

One takes an awful picture and is drop dead gorgeous in real life, stunning in fact. No romance but made a good friend and now keep setting him up on dates with friends lol

You can't get the full picture from a picture. Some people have a twinkle (i know what I mean) and that is only seen when face to face

only been talking for 3days but have tlked alot he seperated from him boy [age 4] mum 2yrs ago after 7yrs together just drifted appart in the 2yrs hes had 3 very short relationships 2 cheated on him one with his best mate
hes 28 thats 2yrs older that me & is 5ft11

we like the same music food etc.

So you already know you have things in common, which is a good start!
