Anyone else get NO maintenance?

I dont get a penny from ex. We have 4 children. Hes never really paid. (maybe a couple of times in the beginning) but he hasnt paid for the last 3 years atleast, but he actively chooses not to work and doesnt claim benefits so hes managed to get away completely without paying a penny. Anyone else not get any maintenance? Seems unusual as everyone I know gets something even if its £5 a week. Anyone else get nothing?

The way I look at the non paying fathers is that they will end up a single parent in the next life.

I imagine I was an absent non paying father in a previous life and this is why I am a single parent in the present one. My ex does pay but it is woefully little as he claims 'I waste money' (how does he know this we live 100 miles away from each other!).

The GP yesterday said he was ashamed to be a man there are so many absent fathers and non paying ones.

Marking my place, could be my future. :/

I haven't had anything from ex for nearly 3 years now, I took him to CSA when we split but only got £5 per week as he is on benefits. Since in transferred to CMS I haven't had a penny as he agreed to carry on paying me £5 but has never paid. The money doesn't bother me but it makes me angry that he takes no responsibility, DS stayed with his dad for a couple of months last year & I had to pay for all his food, clothes & spending money as ex said he couldn't afford to keep him.

This sounds like unlawful subletting?

I would still report him.

That is a 3 bedroom house a family living in a hostel could live in.
