CM, if you look back to my first post, I said a pure and single welcome, I had already spottled someone being slightly derisive about your use of hun and wanted to put you in the picture, it was not meant as a slight towards you but as usual certain MN'rs don't read posts properly before pouncing. I thought forewarened was forearmed. In future I'll say nowt. Anywhoo that's it really.

Wow. Just read the thread. A bit shocked. Odd.

When I first posted on here about my Highly Sensitive DD I was very keen to avoid ANY suspicion I was an internet lothario.. posting in a predominantly 'female chamber'... .effusively thanking anyone for farting in my general direction!! >.

So I too was taken a bit aback by CM's immediate assumed familiarity, and asking for email addresses??!! ( or did I speed read that wrongly? )

Still, little benefit was given to him which was a real shame. I know of no-one else in my position in RL, or here, and it may have been good for a bit of shared empathy and note-swopping...

The assumed familiarity bit did leave me a bit on reading it all....
