I don't know the details but I admire her for not jumping straight in to a new relationship. I doubt she's short of offers or opportunity.

I've been a lone parent 4 years now and I'm very proud of it. The lifestyle my dds have is down to me - good social life, positive role models, holidays, days out, activities and adequate clothes and toys, healthy lifestyle physically and emotionally. I have provided and not just in the financial sense - it's about much more than that.

I will be looking out for myleene's doc on tv.

aww must be so hard for her being able to afford childcare having a social life a job fronting a program about single moms on benefits poor baby i mean being worth 11 million having foreign holidays she must struggle loads just like someone on benefits and would be able to empathise loads

Obviously lone parenthood must be hard on anybody but she is pretty well off and has a lot of help so can't really compare that to a mother who struggles daily alone and with limited finances, Myleene is neighbours with one my of relatives and I can't say I've heard good things

When MK started having children she was everywhere talking about pregnancy and then parenting. It feels a bit like she monetises each life stage she reaches and turns it into her next career-defining arc. So, now that she's a single-parent, she'll want to be the go-to celebrity example of single parenthood. Seems a bit mercenary.

She's selling her life cause she's got nothing else. No different to KK or KP, just more middle class.

I have owned been a parent much longer than her.. I mean I just got on with it .. She does actually remind me of something KP said about if she could do it anybody could.. eer no...I have no support and so need to be available for my Ds..

LP hood has its own challenges no matter what financial position you are in.. but I suspect this Doc will not be looking at how we make it work and full of admiration for LP's

mrskwazi that's exactly what my issue is with her. She monetises every stage of her life.

I also find she "just happens" to have something happen to her that taps in to a current issue.... Such as the Grabby Parent Invite headline and School Gate Mums Hate Me... the Cautioned by Police For Trying to Defend My Home headline and the Husband Left me On My Birthday headline. The details of which are often refuted or completely denied by those in question!
