Fat Neighbour versus Single Dad

I have the misfortune to be within 100 yards of what I can only describe as a disgustingly obese childless woman aged about 40. She is registered as disabled.

My two small sons have played on the pavement with other children, in my opinion, quite normally. However, today this fatso knocked on my door and told me that she will be calling the police if they continue. She obviously has a few mental issues to boot!!

I was seething inside, mainly because she tried to play the disabled card on me, but luckily I refrained from comment. . I was tempted to tell her to sod off but at the last moment, I bit my lip. I now regret my calmness.

I am a single dad, mother buggered off 4 years ago, boys see her perhaps once or twice a year. Boys ages are 6 and 7.

I am fighting Small Cell Lung Cancer, undergoing Chemo/Radio Therapies and absolutely detest people that self-inflict disabilities.

Anyone got any ideas as to what I should say to the police when they do her beckoning and knock on my front door?

It was 11 years ago next month.

Its just the point I am trying to make .

I never left mine in the house alone at age 6, and thats got 4 strong walls and solid doors. If i was going to go out they would be with me or someone would babysit for me.

As most assaults/abductions/rapes etc seem to perpetrated by family or friends of the victim, I would fear for the child's safety when under the constant gaze of an adult.

I agree with demo. It's not just abduction stats (ever so sorry about your friend, demo.. Sad) but it's also what the dcs are up to =, and even if they're angels, what their freinds are up to, and the potential for accidents, eg running into the road.. I mean, look atthe story about the 6 year old boy in Wakefield who was out with his 7 year old friend who has been killed by hit and run driver.. It's n t just assaault / abduction / rape issues

My nephews are 7 and there is no way they would be out playing on the road by themselves.

aitchgee- I have no further comment as you seem to be a very angry little man

Bleedin fatsos... they are everything, theres no escaping them - half of them eat and eat and eat and sit on their arse all day watching tv and become so obese unable to do anything.. oh handy for them they can now register disabled and get disability allowance or whatever its called.

Agree they shoudl be sent to fattiland and forced to exercise and eat rice - or cut benefits all together then they wont have money to stuff their fat faces on

Next time you see her ask her what is that on her shoes and laugh as she struggles to actually see her feet harhaharharhar

Surely even a non sequitur is a comment?
