I expect Khan will get his second term. I don't think he's been successful, but the alternatives are even worse.

I was toying with Binhead as a kind of protest vote. Because there is no Monster Raving Looney, who I think would far outclass this field

Yep. Niko Omilana and Count Binface are the only candidates who didn’t submit a mini-manifesto. If he can’t even be bothered to do that then I don’t have much faith in his mayoral potential.

Here's an idea. How about he votes Animal Welfare Party this time round, then joins forces with Count Binface for the next election ? That gives the vote to a decent party and gives those two time to prepare, including getting a manifesto done.
