Hello my name is Katie, I have a little girl who is 2years old. We'd really like to make some more friends for both of us. We live in Stevenage, but welcome friends in nearby areas as well.

Katie x

mumof2rugrats · 06/03/2009 17:49

she is a little monkey trying to keep up with her sister she says some words but she has a dummy so i think thats holding her back a bit what about chloe is she good ..

klover · 06/03/2009 18:56

Chloe is also a little monkey (I guess they all are at this age!) She's doing quite well with her speech, she knows most words but still does a lot of nonsense talking which doesn't make much sense, but she's getting there. Chloe never wanted a dummy but it was very hard getting her to give up her bottles which I think delayed her a bit, but they all learn in their own time. How old is Cody then?

mumof2rugrats · 06/03/2009 19:35

abi never had bottles cos i bf till she was 12 half months cody 5 nearly 6 and a very cheeky girl lol and she loves horse riding .are you married .

klover · 06/03/2009 19:51

I breastfed Chloe for the first couple of months but she started getting unwell and we found out she was lactose intolerant so we had to give her soya milk in bottles. No I'm not married but happy and settled with my boyfriend, we have thought about getting married but just costs so much! What about you?

OP posts:
mumof2rugrats · 07/03/2009 07:25

klover · 07/03/2009 07:49

I lived in Biggleswade for about a year and before that was in West London, My dad lives near here so thats why I moved up from London. I'm pretty settled now, I've gotten used to Stevenage! Did you grow up here?

Hi Kayleigh, sounds like you got a good man there! We've just got home from buying Chloe her first tricycle, she liked it so much she cycled out of the shop! Do you know many other people around here with children of a similar age?

OP posts:
mumof2rugrats · 07/03/2009 17:27

oh abi got a tric for her bday last year but has only just started to try and ride it lol its a bit hard as we live in flat with no garden so she only goes on it to the shops or school. i know a few people with small children but ther ethe mums at the school and i have one friend with a little boy a month older than abi.
