OR

if she has a list of schools she can write to them and get a copy of the report

I don't think there are "official" league tables as such, but the papers often generate them. Agree with naily that the HMI reports are a good starting place (or we can tell you!)

Thanks will pass that on. Think They're looking for feeder schools to good secondarys like Royal high or sim.
I'm in Craigmount catchment and don't really know enough about other areas to tell her.

Royal High feeder schools are Cramond Primary, Davidsons Mains Primary, Blackhall Primary and Clermiston Primary. Pupils from Fox Covert can go there too, although its not officially in the school 'cluster'

Buy Edinburgh Childcare & School Guide, its £2.95. If you can't get it in the shops then try any of the school outfitters they have it.

It contains attainment level for Maths English and something else that I have forgotten for all primaries in Edinburgh and has a list of all the feeder schools.

Also if you are looking for info on catchment areas ring up the Edinburgh catchment area help line, I don't have the number to hand but you can get it very easily by checking the council website. They are extremely helpful and will post you out maps for your catchment area and any that you are interested in.

Now if only we had the foresight to do all that before we moved house 2 years ago
