Potty training tips anyone?

Oh yes, that matter!
Can we all share how we did and what would you recommend to do and not too?
Some of us really could do with some tips

Is that a boy or a girl?
They say that girls get trained quicker then boys. However this last may be questionable. As personally know some girls trained at 18 months otehrs at 4 years and even at 6.
But what I have seen the kids that were potty trained early on, ie when they are not totally ready, keep using nappy for looooooong time.
Whenas the ones were potty trained after they showed a sign of not wanting a nappy,went from wearin g nappy all the time to no nappy at all!
So I am for not pushing the kids and letting them to lead us :)
