Meet-up?

I was just wondering if there are any meet-ups planned and, if so, could I invade?

I'm currently on mat leave with DS2 and slowly going a bit mental!

If there isn't any planned, would anybody be interested in helping organise a meet-up?

Oh, too bad, I can't (ever! ) make a Friday.

I love the idea of a regular monthly meet-up - maybe every other one could be on a weekend??

i am in north lanarkshire and can't make this fri - docs then hairdresser - but would love to come to future meet ups!

PacificDogwood - varying the day of the meetup sounds like a good idea - it might open it up to more people like yourself.

Totally think varying the day is a really good move - we had a lovely Saturday at Glasgow Green and that beer place for lunch last year, iirc!

Its good to have something organsed though and we can plan from there. I am not in charge though (really NO!) so tell me f i'm being as bossy mare, won't you?

I'll be the one looking like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards, far too porky to be eating cake but I will be wearing my nice new top which I am guaranteed to spill something on in the course of the first 15 mins!!

I had a great time too - good conversation, lots of laughs, lovely food and the handsomest baby boy to cuddle - what more could I want!!
