Durham and Crook - any new mums or mums to be?

Hi

I have just moved here from Edinburgh to have my first baby here. My hubby is a medical student in Stockton and I used to work for the NHS up in Scotland. Due on 30/10 and bored out of my mind as well as being pretty nervous about labour and the weeks after. Any one else in the same boat?

Hello! There are lots of us around Durham. We have a thread going here. We usually meet up pretty regularly though it is a little quiet at the moment. Sure we can fit in some cake to welcome a newbie though!

Sorry it has taken me a few days to come back to this....have been in and out of hospital (due on Sat) I will look at the thread and keep in touch. Still trying to get my head around not being at work 9-6pm Mon to Friday....
