I love it and actually choose to live right in the middle- where wan chai meets mid levels. I'm a confirmed city girl though. I get palpitations if I get more than 5 mins walk from a coffee shop. I had a bit of a wobble over the summer, going back to the uk in that gorgeous weather but overall , Hk works for us at the moment. How long did you live there?

Cerisier things here aren't too different. It's been hotter than Singapore but less humid. Air con is constant, people are friendly but there's no instant expat / condo community like in Singapore. Looking forward to the kids starting school next week. Love the customer service here, so helpful and life is pretty easy so far. Miss friends and good mee siam

I've spent most of my life in London so you wouldn't think so but damn LA is just different to every other city everywhere!!

I do like it and settled quicker than I thought I would but it's been 18months, I'm still on a non working visa, just turned 30, youngest (and last) baby approaching 2yo and feeling pretty adrift and useless.
