following on from this post www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/4018141-Hotel-threatening-to-sue-us-for-bad-review

The owner has now got his solicitor to issue a six page threatening letter. I don't think I have said or done anything wrong except write a review that he doesn't like and publicise the dangers of his hotel. His initial letter was blackmailing me NOT to write a negative review, threatening 'further action' including contacting my place of work and professional body. I have evidence of all the negative comments i made, except the smell. Advice please.

I'm amazed TA have allowed him to continue using his account after that huge breach of GDPR.

@SquirtleSquad me too. I’ve just rereported it as it still has where I live and my occupation which narrows me down to less than 20 people

What an entertaining half hour I've had reading reviews and his responses on TA! The gentleman is foolhardy to say the least, and his comments seem directed purely at women which is interesting. Don't worry Op, you have photos for back up as evidence to show the truthfulness of your comments, he wouldn't win.
