I have had a court order agreed today for visitation for my ex to see our son. It’s an interim arrangement until the next hearing.

I was unrepresented and my ex’s solicitor was instructed to type up the agreement.

The first visitation is supposed to be tomorrow (Saturday) and I haven’t had anything from her solicitor and it’s now after 18:00 and her solicitors have all gone home. I’m frightened that if I hand my son over without any proof of a court order then if she doesn’t return him, I will have absolutely nothing to show the police if she breaks the agreement.

Where do I stand on this? If I haven’t received a copy of the agreement, does it still stand? How can I prove it if she doesn’t bring the baby back at the agreed time?
