I have physical evidence (written reports and photographic) of illegal drug taking going on in the flat underneath mine and have already reported it three times to my landlord and my estate agents. The landlord has said he will keep an eye/ear out for any further activity but as he doesn't live on-site and it goes on during the evenings/night then it clearly isn't going to get resolved that way. Just wondering the legal side of things, who is next for me to report it to? The smell comes into our flat (even with the windows shut) and it's embarrassing when the kids are here or our grandparents... Plus I personally can't stand the smell or the rowdy behavior it leads to.

on a similar issue but apart from the 'ignore it and get on with your life' comments there only seemed to be the suggestion of calling 101?
