"Starting" your large family in your late 20s early 30s

Anybody here got a large family but didn't have your first baby until you were later 20s or early 30s? How many children do you have?

I got mine when I was:
21 - 23 - 24 and I'm pregnant at this moment, aged 27.

I see some ladies got comments about their age. That they were too old. When I was 21 some thought I was to young to have children.

I guess you can never do things right. Either you start to soon or you end to late. What a silly world we live in.

32, 34, 36 & 40.

Not a massive family compared to some, but..

DC1 - 30
DC2 - 32
DC3 - 34
DC4 - if all goes well, 37.

Dd1= 27, (nearly 28)
Dd2= 30
Dd3=32
Ds=35.

I've got 5DC ~

DD1 at 34years, DD4 at 45years, DS and DD2 and 3 inbetween.

Guessing I am too old for more now, but would be delighted if I was blessed with another baby

22/24/26/36/36 (twins). Am pretty certain had we started at 30 not 22 could also have had as many (particularly given twins).

I have 4 DC

DD1 at 32
DS1 at 34
DS2 at 36
DD2 at 37

When my last child was born my eldest was 4 years old, so yes it was very hard work at the time and could not have done it without a very supportive DH as we don't have any family around. Like others' said, fertility was definitely on our side...and I should say DH is a lot older than me, most of his colleagues at work at his age have grown up children who have left home!!!

Mine were at 30, 32, 35 and 41.

dc1 was born in 2009

dc2 was born in 2011

expecting dc3 in 4 weeks time and im now 26 years old

would like more children though :)

I had ds1 at 33 and ds 4 at 39. In just under 7 years I have only not been bf or pregnant for 6 months. I am knackered. But I love it.

Have 4 DCs:

DD1 - 27
DS1 - 30
DS2 - 32
DD2 - 36 (born on my birthday :-)

Now 39

Would secretly love one more but DH totally against!!

This thread has given me hope. Am 30, TTC #1 for 25months and counting wit one MC so I know conception is possible and now it seems so is my big family =)

Dc1 2009 aged just turned 26
Dc2 2011 aged just turned 28
Dc3 due spring will be 30
Lots of time for more

Dd at 25
DS at 30
Dd at 39
Last and final one will be 41.

It's harder the older you get but the hard bit goes so quickly and the cuddles outweigh the sleepless nights and sore boobs.

First at nearly 31 6th at 39. can't remember how old I was with all the others!

DS at 34, DD1 at 35, DD2 at 37 & DD3 at 38 oldest one was 4.1 when youngest was born!

20, 21, 25 and about to ttc#4 aged 28 (although I'm 29 in 2.5wks!)
