March FET 2026

I thought I’d add a March thread coming over from my February 2026 thread as my transfer was cancelled for this month due to a collapsed follicle or cyst in my ovary 🙄

We’re doing ICSI due to severe MFI. We are doing our third transfer next month (beginning of March) after a failed fresh and chemical from a FET. This is also our last embryo before having to start allllll over again 🫠 this time I’m doing a modified natural (adding in a trigger), adding in clexane and the same as last time having Lubion and Cyclogest.

Im due my period this weekend and will then have a scan on CD3/4 to check if the follicle/cyst has gone 🤞🏻

I also started one 2 days ago. We can keep yours :)

Ah I just posted about any guidance ahead of my transfer that I’m hoping for in March. 3 rounds - one embryo so feeling quite high stakes and want to make sure I’m giving it the best chance now we have even got this far.

next stage for me is waiting for my period over the next 10 days x

Did you have your scan ?

I did! The cyst is still there 🙄 they took bloods for progesterone and estrogen to see if the cyst is producing hormones. If it is I can’t go ahead with my transfer again, if it isn’t I can go ahead. So nervously waiting for the email or phone call as we speak 😬

Had the phone call to say my oestrogen is too high and the transfer has been cancelled again 😭 they’ve advised Norethisterone from CD19 but from looking online I see most people have the trigger like you said. I wonder why my clinic hasn’t suggested that x

So i just found out they don't do FET the cycle after the egg retreival.. So next steps late March, FET maybe in April.

Do they give an indication of how long they think the Norethisterone should take to resolve the cyst? The stop / start nature of these processes and gaps between the stages of treatment is such a lot to contend with emotionally x

Not really no! I start it on CD19 which is the 4th March and then take it twice a day for 9 days. They’ve then booked me in for a baseline scan on the 17th March as I’ll hopefully have started bleeding by then. Then going to see in that scan if it’s gone 🤷🏼‍♀️ I think emotionally I’ve checked out now, I’ve almost become numb to it all x

I guess, like with all of this, there’s no choice but just to follow the process. It’s mad how a little cyst that you might not ever have been aware of in other circumstances can just derail things.

i sometimes think I’d find it easier just to do it all in one go, powering through all the different stages rather than having to wait for the next period… wait for the testing results in our case…. wait for another cycle to do the transfer….

I hope all the waiting comes good for us and have everything crossed that the cyst is nowhere to be seen by your next scan! X

just about to do my 4th fet 🙃 2 mc, 1 failed - meds start sat hopefully (adding in Lubion and a blood thinner this time so I’m a bit anxious about it all!) for our final embryo in this cycle 🤞🏼🤍

Hey girls! Hoping you gals can give me some advice. @MyLau glad to see your treatment is moving forward.
I just wanted some advice as feeling deflated with my clinic. I had egg collection early Feb, transfer unfortunately failed and currently waiting for my follow up call. Just found out waiting list for follow up call alone is 8 weeks 🫠 it will be FET for me next- did you all have a big wait like that in between?

Hi ladies I'm HOPEFULLY back in for a March FET.

I was supposed to start a FET cycle with my period at the end of January...but it never came. Turned out I had fallen pregnant naturally in the cycle after my failed fresh, and just before my FET was due to begin.

That pregnancy sadly ended in a loss at 5 weeks. I was allowed to start the drugs with that same bleed/loss and I'm now due to have my CD15 scan tomorrow to check on my lining. All being well I should then be having a transfer in a few days.

I'm absolutely at the end of my rope hormonally, emotionally, physically the works 😭😂

I've been on drugs, or pregnant, or miscarrying, since I started my fresh cycle on 16th November 2025. Really really need some good news after three losses, one ectopic rupture, one failed fresh transfer in 18 months!!!

Hey, I was devastated at the start of January to be told there were no appointments until the end of Feb. However, I just rang every few days asking for any cancellations, and was able to get an appointment on the (I think) 13th January. So I would really recommend doing that, as apparantly people cancel all the time (which really surprised me).

My love, can’t even imagine the emotions.. the in between time is so hard and to have the hope mixed in with that. Good luck with your scan and transfer

Jumping over from the Feb 26 FET thread. I have a day 5 4BB transferred on a natural cycle but it failed, never got a line despite testing from day 5 🫣

I’m trying a medicated round this time with a 3BB. Hoping this might help as my lining was only 7.3mm and I ovulated early. This will control that and I had my first child from a fresh fully medicated round 4 years ago.

have my scan tomorrow and hoping it goes well…

i had a scan to look at my lining today and am booked in for the first transfer of our only embryo next week - bit nervous about managing the progesterone injections and getting them
in the right place, but needs must.

Hey guys. Im 3 days in on my medicated fet cycle which was cancelled last month due to a functioning cyst. Luckily it had gone after a next bleed, l did a natural start this cycle as I didnt get on with the provera. Next scan is on the 16th March fingers crossed . I have 3 tested frosty's in the freezer.

My frist egg retrieval was very disappointing ending in one untested embryo that ended in miscarriage at 7 weeks. But happily after moving clinics we managed to get our 3 frosty's from the next round.

Praying this one works. Im about to turn 39 in April and having be doing ivf all year im ready to be Mum.
