@lemons44 Thanks for responding I will take a look at what the differences might be

@Gardenlady543 Omg! Did you get your baby in the end? I pop in from time to time to check on how my old forum friends are doing. I’m so happy for you if you finally found a way to get your baby in your arms xxxxxx😍

@Gardenlady543 Hello. I’m sorry I think I have asked you this before. Can you remember what antibiotics you took for staph in uterus? I think your Emma/Alice showed it. Doctor is willing to give me prescription but doesn’t know what to prescribe! 🤷‍♀️ x

@NiftyAmberLion @Diamondpearl123 I paid CRGH about 2k each time for the EMMA + ALICE + Decidulisation. I have had no failed transfer in between. May I ask how much you paid for the repeat test please? If 200 was available, I need to ask for refund!

Has anyone used the vitanica v probiotics? Did they cause any discomfort?

Thought I'd let the Mumsnet community know Vaginal microbiome tests had no correlation to endometrial microbiome tests (EMMA/ALICE) in my case.
I did 2 DAYE tests both saying my lactobacillus level = depleted, but repeat EMMA/ALICE showed endometrial lactobacillus level = 93%. Thankfully I didn't delay EMMA/ALICE further. Seems you can't rely on DAYE alone and have to go with the autopsy to be sure.

Does anyone have any advice on boosting lactobacillus levels? I had an Emma Alice in June which showed strep and low lactobacillus so I had antibiotics followed by probiotics but then had a third failed transfer (second euploid) My repeat Emma Alice has just shown the strep is gone and no bad bacteria but no lactobacillus at all! I did 2 weeks of vagibiom / intrafresh in the run up to the repeat Emma Alice and have been taking oral ones too and doing vaginal ones a couple of times a week since June. I don’t really see what else I can do! I did have a course of doxycycline post egg collection in November so maybe that wiped out the good bacteria but clearly it’s not being replaced by the pessaries. I’ve also had a c section niche repair after my failed third transfer. Any suggestions welcome!

Sorry about your failed transfer, its so tough!

I was recommended these by a nutritionist to boost Lactobacillus, she said unlike most available they contain Lactobacillus crispatus which is the best strain to have https://naturaldispensary.co.uk/1361_biome-her-30s

My clinic also recommended intrafresh every 2 days, but I think the Biome Hers helped more

I took the wild nutrition - https://www.wildnutrition.com/products/pregnancy-new-mother-biotic

I also drank kefir which is packed with Lactobacillus species, I make my own with my own grains as it contains way more bacteria strains than the shop bought stuff.

Pregnancy + New Mother Biotic

Thanks, I’ll try these as it seems what I’m taking isn’t helping. I was thinking about seeing a nutritionist- did you find it helpful?

Great thank you, I’ll look into these and maybe making my own keffir!

Yes I did, I did a one off session to specifically go through microbiome results I already had and how to improve those, I didn't have the brain space/time/ money to do a longer course of sessions! The woman I spoke to is Sarah Nash, I found her very helpful and nice
