Embryo transfer yesterday- would 1DP5DT be yesterday or today?

As the title says really… is the day of embryo transfer considered day 1 or day 0?

Please don't worry about lack of symptoms, I'm 8+4 and actually don't feel pregnant right now. I have only ever had very mild symptoms which still now come and go.

I'm also 7dp5dt today and I caved!!!🙈 I've been trying so hard to hold out until OTD but the lack of symptoms scared me. I saw a positive line this afternoon, it came up during the normal time and it was very clear.

Then again, I've had a few symptoms like frequent urination, cramps for some minutes on 3dpt, I've been so hungry since the transfer, then the wonderful pregnancy dreams☺️ but I don't know why I kept saying I've had no symptom🤣. Maybe I just wanted more🤣.

My official test date is Monday. Let's keep all hopes up👏

Thank you for the advice. I've also read a few threads where people didn't have any symptoms and they still tested positive.

Hello @Ep2023 how did your OTD go? Have you been able to inform the clinic about your positive result? Just checking in on you.

My OTD is tomorrow and I've been obsessing over the results. I literally test everyday, lol😁. I did a clear blue test yesterday and it says I'm 2-3weeks pregnant.

Hi @Comfort2000 congratulations!!! Thank you for checking in. I did do a test and it was positive. The clinic phoned yesterday and they've me booked in for a scan on 14th. Sept.
I'm going to get a digital one I think and do it too lol I just tested with the standard clear blue one the clinic gave me and the result came up straight away. Phew 😁 not its the 3 week wait eeek

Were you able to give your result to your clinic?

No, I haven't given the clinic my result. My official test date is tomorrow. The anxiety that comes with this process, it's not easy.

I did another test today as it's OTD and it was a strong positive. I've given the clinic my result and they've booked me for a scan on Sept 14.

It's the same here with the symptoms. I haven't had any noticeable symptom, even my breasts are not so sore but I read a thread were some women said it's like this for a frozen embryo transfer.

How is everyone? I'm so bloated! Seriously not sure how I'll hide my pregnancy until 12 weeks 😲

Hi @Ep2023 I'm doing alright. You're not alone, I'm so bloated that I look like I'm 3 months pregnant. That's the obvious symptom I have, other than that I don't feel pregnant🤦‍♀️.
People are starting to suspect at work even though I try so much to hide it.
I'm thinking of informing them at work after my first scan on the 14th.

I'm just glad the scan date for us both is closing in. Ive the odd wee feeling of stretching but that's it. I'd say from next week if there's going to be morning sickness that's when it'll start 🙃 I've the ginger tea bags bought already 😅 are you in England? I'm in NI.

Got my first scan at the clinic on the 11th. Some cramping every now and then which is intense but lasts seconds. Otherwise just feel like i’ve got a beer belly 😂5 weeks 5 days today… still no 3+ on the clear blue digital test though!

Hey congratulations!! Not long to your scan @Wishingandhoping23 I'm the same feeling very self conscious with the bloated belly! I'm 5+6 today so more or less the same as you. Cannot wait to 14th to make sure everything is OK. The wait is so hard and then it'll be the wait until 12 weeks. When do you plan to tell your work?

I haven't tested with the clear blue this week, it was still 2-3 weeks when I tested last week. I'll try to order a test today, I hope I get my 3+ too.

@Ep2023 My work may be expecting it as they knew about IVF - so i’m not too worried about telling them although I think i’ll wait until 12 weeks at least!

@Comfort2000 thank you! I have an early scan with my clinic on Monday and got a letter through today with my booking in appointment with the midwife in October. Best of luck with your scan in 5 days - hopefully the time passes quickly for you :)

Hi @Wishingandhoping23 Good luck with your scan on Monday. How did you book your appointment with the midwife. Did the IVF clinic do that for you or did you inform your GP ?

@Comfort2000 I called my GP who directed me to the local midwifery team (doesn’t sound like GP will have any involvement). I could have called them but i filled in their online form and letter was received in the post about a week later x

All our wee babies will be due around same time 😀 I'm really anxious too about Thursday!! So exciting too though.. 😄🙌

Any symptoms? The heat doesn't help me but I'm queasy every other day! Then forget again I'm pregnant.

We do self referrals here in NI but my gp did it for me last time.

@Ep2023 so far no nausea for me but i’ve felt exhausted and have had on and off cramping - this did make me worry but i’ve read it can be normal and thankfully haven’t had any other worrying symptoms! Oh and i feel really hungry all the time…. But that might just be me 😂

Lol I'm eating every two hours eat!! 🤣🤣
