@124n 8 eggs in end were mature . 5 have fertilized, other 3 no good . Will see what happens tomorrow as they said that’s the key day

. I am very upset at the moment. They collect 17 egg 11 good qualities 10 fertilised 1day 3 freez but all other didn't reach at blycto stage my hormone levels high so they can't do fresh transfer. Am very upset. Please guide

I mean day3 only 1 freez

Good luck with your frozen embryo as people always say — it only take one ( one embryo to make dream comes true)
scan show only 4 follicles. I’ve never had much follicles — only 5-6 follicles each time through that 3 cycles 4 years ago. It’s much expected to diminished after 4 years. If this is a number game then I really don’t see the win. Especially after 2 years and 4 cycles of failure. I don’t see how this time could be different. If it’s another failure this time, I’m not sure what to do next.
but before that — I’ll just keep going and try to live my life with smile.
Everything cross for you ladies — you all have much much more hope me. When you have doubt just remember I’m here at the bottom 😭

Hi dear
Thank you for asking. We had to cancelled the cycle and paid 3 scans as we were struggled with work and the mileage of the appointment and cost of travel and taking care of our 3 yo. For our situation — we had to drive to the appointment city night before and stay in the hotel with our 3yo then come home the next day after the scan. It’s just getting too overwhelming. Because of all the stress and tiredness — at my 3rd scan it showed only 2 more mm growth of my follicles and the small one didn’t change so I’d had mixing 3 follicle out of this cycle if lucky. So 😩……… it’s bit of disappointed bit of frustrated and bit of relived. Maybe will start over around sep or Oct.

But dear you still lucky you have one child. Me don't have any yet 😭 praying to GOD if he give even one child I will be blessed. Just had fresh cycle. 17 egg collected 11 good to fertilise but 10 fertilised. They freez one day3 embryo. But all 9 couldn't reach to blycto stage I couldn't do fresh transfer because hormones levels too high very very upset at the moment. You are really blessed dear

You are absolutely right love. I have been through 4 failed cycles after my 1st IVF kid. I felt less devastated because at the end of the day I get to clean up after this little devil.
I remember when I did my first 3 cycles to get this little devil. I didn’t expect anything as to quote that male nurse said to my mum”your daughter is old(I was 35) she is over weight. The chance that she’s got IVF success is low”. So other ladies that were doing the cycle with me were all younger and slimmer. Then i was one of the few lucky ones that had a BFP. I did feel extremely lucky at the time.
But the irony is here that all the other ladies had embryos. At the time, they might have had negative but there were still hope. Even if they wanted more than one kid— they can.

I had one out of that 3 cycles. With similar costs ,I might have got 1 back then. But if I ever want to have another kid especially after 2-3 years. It’d be much harder and costs much more. I’m really feeling it now. So far 4 attempts with no embryos there were one EC even got zero egg. So it’d hurt less. But feeling useless and a big failure is not avoidable. Again it is irony and the essential point of life isn’t it. You gain somewhere and you lose the others. No one could be lucky forever and no one would be unlucky forever.
So still keep that hope in you — your LO is on her way to you. Could be bit slow but she will get to you eventually.

@greentin I’m so sorry to hear this. Probably a stupid thing for me to say but I hope you’re ok.

We’ve just had the transfer. We had 3 very good quality and 2 ok. Have decided to transfer one and freeze the other 2. Because of my history of Recurrent Miscarriage, the embryologist suggested we don’t freeze the 2 which were ok.

Hope you’re doing something nice for yourself tonight. Please let me know how you’re getting on generally. I know how hard a negative result can be. Sending lots of positive thoughts your way ♥️.

Doctor recommend me to do another cycle instead of frozen embryo transfer. Still confused don't know what shall I do? Very upset 😭
