I'm on loads of prog and est, constipated from the sedation yesterday etc etc!

Well ladies that's me out. Had my test day yesterday and a BFN. Got to try and be positive for the next round at the end of Nov beginning of Dec.

Morning all!

A touch of pre scan insomnia fuelled by googling of 10 day stims for endless YouTube blogs and watching peoples disappointments.. nb, don't do that it's unhelpful

I want to know, but also don't... if I could just fast forward to November and deal with whatever the outcome is I'd do it in a moment.. all this anticipation is exhausting!

Ughhh a few hours and I'll find out I suppose.. you know, evolving a window in our tummies would be super helpful..

@ivftake1 yes I have used the 6 days early ones.
Really struggling to stay positive got a bit of bleeding this morning when done pessary I'm sure it's my period coming ....

So all is not lost yet....
All of my 6 follies are growing and doing ok!

I have 3 each side, 13,12,15 and 9,15,10

So I couldn't ask for much better from my little dusty things :)

Lining at 7.8 so all looking on schedule for weds collection, scan Monday am to check if trigger day.. 😳

@freezerbump thanks hin. Good news with those follicles! And good luck for the collection.

@ivfhope3 it is heartbreaking but I do need to get straight back on it, obviously following what the drs say. I will head over to the nov/dec thread thanks.

@mctm123 frosties I love that!! And thank you, it is my first go with a frostie so hopefully that will suit me/my body better.

@walshh091186 yes I am going straight into the frozen transfer this month, unless the drs decide to leave it a bit, but so far they haven't said I need to do that.

@jm2020 thank you. It was a bit of a chance with the bean, so hopefully next time my frozen will stick.

@all in other news... anyone having/had trouble with .. ehem.... sexy dreams and impromptu smutty thoughts that are frankly blushworthy prior to collection?

It seems my body has decided that it has eggs and would like to be fertilised.. and has assumed control of my brain in order to encourage sexy time....

Actually blushed due to fleeting smutty thought today!

Oh my god the clinic have just called. All 4 have developed to blastocyst stage! They grade them 1-4 which 1 being the best and 4 the worst. We’ve got 2 hatching blastocysts which are both 1,1. One 2,1 and one 1,2. Having one transferred and three frozen. I can’t believe it I am SO happy. They told us after our first cycle we needed donor sperm but this just goes to show you - don’t give up guys, you will get there!! We had no hope and this is more than I ever dreamed of xxxx

Thanks for the welcome and the suggestion. Will look out for the Nov/Dec thread. Maybe I'm getting my dates wrong, I calculated it as falling into November. Anyways, who truly knows how many cycles I'll have to go through!

Hello everyone
I'm joining this thread as I'm new to IVF and would really appreciate any insights... I've previously had 4 miscarriages across 1 and half years and so hoping IVF helps in some way. I started buserelin 2 weeks ago and so go for my first 'check' in 10 days.

One thing I'm not sure on is periods and the impact. I've seen a lot of ladies posting waiting for their period to start before starting IVF and my fertility centre (Life Newcastle) didn't note this. I started buserelin around day 14ish and I'm now 5 days late with my period. Has anyone else had a delay please? Life centre said that if I don't come on my period before the first check then that would delay things.

I've also had like zero side effects which I'm a bit concerned about. Seems to be a trend as in every one of my pregnancies, I had zero pregnancy symptoms too. Feeling a bit unhuman!

Appreciate any thoughts xx

@Rachae hiya! Welcome :) I started buserilyn on day 21 and was about 6 days later than I would have expected, so day 32 of my cycle if that helps?
