No, no implantation bleeding this time. Not much cm at all really, but I've had a lot less generally with being on clomid.

Yes I have too, Iv only had a lot of EWCM once and that was last month, the other 2 I had nothing really, and then after ov it's just been watery accept this month where two mornings in a row it's been that milky thin stuff. That's why I used pre seed this month! Have you used that?

Beth804 · 13/12/2019 07:05

@CharlotteCx No, that was my plan for next month! I did have ewcm, but had to get right up in there to my cervix to find it!!

Ah okay!

JadeS174 · 13/12/2019 11:03

@Beth804 I'm so eager to find out what your blood results are! Hoping it's good news! X

CharlotteCx · 13/12/2019 11:10

@JadeS174 I'm so eager to know too! How r u today luv?

JadeS174 · 13/12/2019 11:21

@CharlotteCx I'm fine thank you, only 3dpo so no signs or symptoms as yet. This 2ww is horrible! I know I'll be symptom spotting every little thing next week! So annoying. How are you? X

CharlotteCx · 13/12/2019 11:31

@JadeS174 such a drag isn't it! I find myself googling EVERYTHING. Yes I'm ok thanks, I rang and spoke to my gynaes sec just now about my blood results 🤣 she's told me to email and she'll forward it on to my gynae so hope he gets back to me, I'm eager to see if that's an indication of early pregnancy for me!

JadeS174 · 13/12/2019 11:43

Oh I really hope it's good new for you @CharlotteCx let me know if he gets back to you.
I know it's so frustrating. I know this is only my 1st month of Clomid but I had a very good scan result and we dtd at the right time. So it could happen but I don't want to get my hopes up. I've read loads of success stories too! X

Beth804 · 13/12/2019 11:46

@CharlotteCx @JadeS174 Blood results were 49.7. I'm over the moon as they've never been above 2.5!! Xx

@Beth804 Awww yay so happy for you!

@JadeS174 if you done it at the right time and deffo ovulated then your in for a chance! I spoke to drs receptionist she was no help she just said oh the dr said your progesterone goes higher near a period. Errrrmm 🙄

Just waiting on email back from gynae x

Sylva123 · 13/12/2019 14:33

😢 I tested today and it's negative. CD28. So gutted. I'm going to test tmw and again on Sunday just in case, but then I have to stop the progesterone to let the period come. Absolutely gutted. This is so hard!

abitlostandalwayshungry · 13/12/2019 14:39

Hoping for some mn wisdom!

Went through ivf this year, 3 embryos transferred, one resulted in chemical pregnancy/miscarriage.

I felt too tiered and exhausted to go through ivf again, so a different doctor now recommends clomid.

I tried to find some clomid facts online - there seems to be a link to birth defects but that was an USA website, so hoping it's safer in Europe? Any insights?
Also would be super grateful for links to medical articles if someone already went through fact finding?

CharlotteCx · 13/12/2019 14:57

@Sylva123 sorry to hear that ☹️ what cd are you?

CharlotteCx · 13/12/2019 14:57

Dpo sorry*

carleygh · 13/12/2019 15:15

Hi @abitlostandalwayshungry sorry to hear that I can imagine it's really deflating :-( I'm not sure exactly on Clomid but I'm now on Letrozole and there is research linked to birth malformations :-( it's scared me a bit to be honest but there hasn't been recent research on either I think it's off a little while ago.

@Sylva123 I'm so sorry to hear that I can feel your pain as my last month was negative and I felt so positive 😭😭😭 it's so hard isn't it. It's caused a recent argument and I just feel so lost x

Sylva123 · 13/12/2019 15:23

@charlotteCx I'm 13 or 14 dpo, not 100% sure when I ovulated. But the test says it can predict 4 days before the period is due. It's 14 days after my trigger shot, which is the first day you're allowed to test to avoid a falso positive. I'd prefer a negative over a false positive, but I'm so so gutted. I so wanted it to be this month.

@carleygh it is so hard isn't it. I don't know how much more of this I can cope with. The ups and downs. It's all so intense. I'm so sorry you're going through this too - feeling lost is exactly it. Losing ourselves to it all . Hugs xxx

CharlotteCx · 13/12/2019 15:56

@Sylva123 so sorry, it's the worst feeling ☹️ nothing of what anyone says can make you feel better. I completely understand it. It's so hard for us all, it's so unfair. Xxx

CharlotteCx · 13/12/2019 15:56

@carleygh how r u? X

Beth804 · 13/12/2019 16:59

@Sylva123 aww, sorry to hear that 😘

@Sylva123 thinking of you 💕 baby dust for next month!

What CD did you guys get your positive OPKs? I'm on CD11 and nothing but blaring negatives so far. My dominant egg was measuring at 14.2mm on CD9 and it usually grows 2mm a day and has to be around 20mm to ovulate - worried that I should have seen something by now and hoping it hasn't just shrunk. I'm on my first round of clomid. I've had literally no symptoms either since finishing the meds!!

Beth804 · 13/12/2019 17:12

@LaurenN23 I didn't get a positive opk until cd15. So ovulated day 16 x

Please can I join? I was prescribed clomid today on NHS. I am due on next week but I’m worried the follow up scans will clash with Christmas closing times! Anyone else in same boat? Shall I just wait until January and enjoy Christmas? X
