@CharlotteCx I used pre seed for the first time this month. 🤞🏻 It makes a difference

@BonTon did you? I think il order up some preseed! Did you use it every day in fertile window? X

@CharlotteCx I used preseed the month I got pregnant and I’m using it again this month. I did use it every day, you actually get quite a lot even though it’s not cheap.

The ovusense works out less than I was spending on dual hormone indicator so 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

@Goingbacktokansascity I'm deffo going to get some! It works as a CM doesn't it and makes the sperm live longer from what I understand?

Oh that's good - I am stocked for the next 6 months on clearblue opk's I went mad buying the first month on Clomid 🤣🙈

@CharlotteCx me too I bought 3 packs of the 20 stick dual hormone indicator ones because they were on sale on amazon, I know a few ladies trying for babies though so I’ll offer them out 🤞🏽

Feeling proactive and hoping this is my month if we throw everything into it. Plan on DTD every second day for the whole cycle and every day during fertile period 🤞🏽

@BonTon yess started full flow last night so officially CD1 and never been so happy about it. Spoke to Consultant on phone this morning and she didn’t seem at all shocked about the short and the long cycles she just said that I obviously ovulated early last cycle or the corpus collapsed, and this cycle I obviously ovulated late and it didn’t 😂 she’s the one who’s sort of spurred me on to get the ovusense.

@Goingbacktokansascity I'm feeling positive this month too 🤞🏻 feeling like this could be my month. Literally going to be at it like a rabbit hahaha

@CharlotteCx me too, I’ve warned DH and hes up for the challenge. He’s done so well last month of eating so much better, exercising, vitamins and .... no alcohol (which I haven’t even achieved), I’m so proud he’s as invested as I am this month.

No I just used a standard clear blue ovulation test, where did you get yours? Do you type in on google digi OPK? No PCOS nothing wrong at all which is more frustrating as unexplained

I'm going to order some pre seed now too haha x

What vitamins for males do you all suggest?

I just went toilet and have got lots of watery thin whitish CM. Does anyone else get this leading up to their fertile window?

My hubby takes coq10, selenium, garlic, folic acid & multi vits daily! His urologist advised him to take all of these. We've noticed a huge difference in the amount he produces in ejaculation since taking them!!! Xx

@carleygh this one .. you only need one applicator and then you buy loads of sticks that you put in the adapter that you pee on, and then you connect it to your phone!

@carleygh hubby takes the wellman conception which is just a general multivitamin! I take the well woman conception, inofolic (not consistently), folic acid and vitamin D. Was on metformin before but not on it now just letrozole

What mg is your cq10? I'm going to go to Superdrug and buy one haha. Was yours around £60? The one I've put the photo up of?
I have the second photo one so I'm unsure to bother getting the other or not?

I think that type of CM is normal before ovulation so I've heard x

I think it's 100mg but he takes 200mg daily. Yes that's the one. Pricey but I think they are worth it! They've always been accurate for me. X

Interesting when do you start testing with them @CharlotteCx ?
Amazing just wondered as I've been taking those but didn't know it was recommended for males too x

@carleygh I start testing with them the day after I finish my period usually. I did yesterday but I just wanted to see how it worked with the phone app. X
