Ivf 2 week wait!!!

Hi, currently 1 day in on my 2 week wait. I’ve had Ivf before and was lucky enough to be blessed with my beautiful son but had forgotten the agony of the dreaded wait.
Anyone else currently going through this ?

@Lulabud1 my OTD is Tuesday 22nd, do you know if day 1 is the day after transfer or the day of transfer I'm unsure what day I'm actually on x

@Ml922 that’s my date too! Was yours day 3 or 5 transfer and how was it graded?
I’m not too sure but my test date is 15 days after transfer where as my first cycle my test date was 14 days after so not sure why there’s a day difference xx

@Lulabud1 oh r u! Are u going to test early? I'm thinking of doing it on Saturday or Sunday.. I had a 5 day transfer on Saturday so was 10 days from Saturday.. but I really don't know if I'm on day 5 or 6 as I don't know if transfer day is day 0 or 1 so confusing this whole thing xx

I don’t know how it works out to be honest because I’ve had 2 x day 3 embryos now and given different lengths to wait to test. I’m going to wait until test date I get paranoid about jinxing things for myself so I want to wait. A friend had a day 5 blastocyst put in a few months ago and she tested 7 days after transfer though xx

@Lulabud1 I took an early test tonight on first response early detection & got a faint positive no squinter clearly seen in pale pink! I would post photo but not allowed yet.. I then got paranoid thinking about booster but I only had 250 of booster which online states should leave system 7 days later.. it's now been 12 days. Praying everything goes well until OTD 🤞🏼

@jemimafuddleduck sorry to hear about that. This is my first embryo transfer, after trying for 8 years, only one mature follicle but manage to retrieve 2 eggs, from one large and one very small follicle (which make me very happy), sadly only one fertilized normally and I had the transfer on Saturday. But I am happy knowing that I have an egg that fertilized so it means a lot. I try to make myself relax so go online and found this forum. Hope everyone here get a BFP eventually, just need to hang on. Compared to last few years when I was rejected for IVF, it couldn’t be luckier enough that we all still have embryo/s that was able to be transferred. Let’s stay positive together :)

@Lulabud1I am only just about enter my one week wait and I felt it has been so long already! How you find the progesterone pessaries? Sometime it is quite messy especially while I am at work :p

@Snow1314 yes they are messy I wear a liner though to make it less messy. Your half way through the wait xx

@Lulabud1 only thing I got was slight cramps quite low down & a sore lower back other than that I've been totally normal convinced myself it didn't work because of how normal I felt x

There’s still hope for me then because that’s how I’ve felt. My first round I was so Ill after. My partner keeps wanting me to test and I am tempted to but not long to go I’m trying to hold out x

I’m not sure if you’ve taken a step back from this thread and I don’t blame you if you have. I know there is nothing anything can say to make you feel any better, but I just wanted to say I’m so sorry to hear about your result. It’s so rubbish and unfair it really is.

I had my transfer on day 3 which was 7th October. I’ve been given test date of 22nd. I think if I make it through this weekend I’ll just test Monday xx

I’m waiting too! It is horrendous! Since transfer last Monday, I’ve been convinced I am, convinced I’m not and everything in between! So difficult! 🤞🤞🤞 for us all!
