Started FET today

Hey ladies! Is anyone starting FET today or soon? This is my first frozen after losing our first fresh at 5w5d in December. Started my estrogen pills today but already worrying as my bleeding seems to have disappeared since this morning! Just looking for some cycle buddies to hand hold!

Yeh I feel ok! Same with bits of back ache and still twinges here and there. I'm absolutely shattered though. Could totally curl up and nap right now! I've been in bed by 8pm (I'm normally midnight) just because I feel like I need to lie down and relax haha!

Thats me too soo snoozy all the time . Yeah we need to relax hun all in a good cause . When is ur blood test ?

We don't get a blood test at our clinic! Basically have to call them next week and then they just book a scan for 2 weeks later then discharge you... doesn't seem the norm though! When is yours?

My is tue the 12th . Did u go private r nhs? Iam nhs hun so maybe diff private,am unsure of the dif. Do you know how far preg it works out to be i have read up 3 weeks! Not sure what to believe tbh. But i thought little embryo is 5-7 days old on a 5dt .

No mines NHS too but they just don't do any bloods which is why I think I'm so obsessed with the tests getting darker haha! You are 2w5d on your transfer day so if today is 5 days past your transfer, you are 3weeks and 3 days with due date of 16th November

Awww i see thats unusual hun . Well your test seems to be really dark so thats good. Nd wow thank you hopefully i get a strong hcg on blood work .

I didn’t get a blood test on nhs or this time round as private. Just got told what day to test (13 days after FET) and now waiting for scan which is when I’m 8 weeks. They still work out your dates based on first day of last period regardless of how old FET was on transfer. I’m just hoping they find a heartbeat, think this bits worse than 2WW!!

I get a blood test on the 12th for hgc to see if it high enough then i get booked in for a scan 2 weeks later. I also looked up on internet & apparantly iam 3weeks 2 days & it asked if it was fresh/frozen cycle. Praying my blood work is high on tue.

Lol! Thanks @winewinner - no I've never done this before. It's my first time so I have no idea what to expect. Transfer is happening on Thursday next week so I guess I'll find out soon enough! Did you take time off day of transfer? I'm supposed to be going out the following evening but I presume that will be ok ...aaagh. Suddenly all feeling very real!

@ParksAndRecreation last time I took 2 weeks off and completely relaxed which resulted in me stressing quite a bit I think. My lines were there from 8dpt but they raised really slowly, never got as dark as the control and started to get lighter at around 16dpt. This time I did a FET and went straight back to work which was completely manic as we have a load of inspections so no really time to think about anything as it was pretty much work and bed. Started testing positive at 3dpt and now at 8dpt it's as dark as the control which never happened last time so I'm hopeful! Shows you don't need complete rest but really, just do whatever is best for you! I think everyone's different.

Hi ladies, not starting an FET until May but wondered do any of you have a lining issue, if so were you put on meds some time in advance to help with the thickness? As that's my issue but from a vague chat I've had with my clinic they said they have to follow protocol so wouldn't put me on meds in advance so feeling a bit negative about it already. I know they know best but last time they only picked up on my thin Lining at egg collection so only had 5 days of thickening meds before my 5dt and it was unsuccessful so I don't think it was beneficial.

ViolaD77 i had no lining issues but my 1st fresh transfer failed . Now just had a FET and got a really good BFP . FET was so relaxed rather than a fresh as i was really ill . I was on meds for frozen cycle & currently still on them now. I have been ttc for 8 yr now and really thought it was over for me and dh. But we have our littlw baby growing now so please stay positive i know its hard but i personaly think FET should ne done rather than fresh as body is much better place when stopping meds. Yeh I'm good thanks! Not much change here, still just really tired, some cramping and heavy boobs, but nothing new. How are you doing?

Same here heavey boobs but not sore yet but the feel really heavy nd still odd cramp here nd there . & still really tired been in bed by 930pm where i was a really late sleeper before . And have been getting the odd sickly feeling but not being sick witch is a good thing as was not looking forward to that . Glad your well keep intouch

Yay!! Congrats! I'm out of tests and said I wouldn't do anymore, but today is the last time my lines got darker before it evened out and dropped last time so I've spent the whole day downloading baby apps, watching OBEM and circling everything in the mothercare catalogue haha! Still not taking my mind off it and I really wish I had some more tests! Will likely pick up some tomorrow. My boobs are killing now and my whole stomach, sides and chest have been ridiculously itchy all day but no idea what that's about haha! How are you feeling?

Its hard to stop testing haha . But got my blood work on tue nd hoping for over 150. Am still the same tbh bit crampy now and then still but nothing really other than a little heartburn and feeling swollen after meals lol . Glad your well ♡ wen is your due date ?? Plus me too have also been looking at baby clothes ect so exiting ..

So good that you get blood work to reassure you! My due date will be 13th November. Think I'll get some digital tomorrow. Do you have any bloating? I look bloody huge haha
