Has anyone recently started a cycle. I had a fet on Tuesday 8/11/16 and had spotting prior to this and then today a gush of bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this ? It's now completely gone. I'm so confused. I'm hoping its implantation bleeding but after my last fet failed and first fresh attempt resulted in early misscarriage I'm so scared this time has failed as well.

I ain't I rang gp and told them I was pregnant there's certain days midwife in surgery for first appointments I booked mine 3 weeks ago for tomorro x

Yes definitely get an appointment booked with the midwife so you're on their system.
I've got mine booked for 12th January which will make me 11+1 so they can get my 12 week scan booked.
Apparently my fertility clinic discharge you when your 11 weeks and let the midwife and gp take care of you from then on.

Ah ok - I'll call them tomorrow then to make an appointment.

The clinic said they will monitor me after 12 weeks till about 14 to ween me off the drugs. They said I'll have to take cyclogest until 37 weeks as it helps stop premature labour with twins.

That's great - I haven't actually had any info (obviously) about what happens next after the 6-7 week scan. As I guess they don't want to overload patients with loads of info they possibly won't need.
They've also been prescribing me cyclogest in 2 week doses - again, don't want to overload in case we don't use them. So they do keep a pretty close eye on us.
The 11 week discharge thing is something I read online from a couple of years ago regarding my clinic. But I guess things could have changed since then.
I'll just get Wednesday out of the way first and see what happens next! X

Kez that's what I've been doing! Taking each day. I didn't even know what my nearest hospital was today when they asked me. I know nothing at all. I'm just trying to take things as they come and not get too ahead of myself as I know it's so early and things could still go wrong.

Julie hope the midwife goes well today - please let us know what happens at the first appointment.

Kez I'm not sure haha! I've been awake very early and feeling quiet sick this morning. Currently standing on a packed train hoping not to puke.
How are you feeling? Only one more sleep right? Is your scan weds or thurs? xxxx

Oooooh public transport whilst feeling pukey is not the way to go!
Saying that I have to leave for work in 15 minutes and I'm still in bed, also feeling pukey! Just the sicky waves at the moment though rather then actually being sick - still not nice though!!
Other then that feeling ok!!
Yes 1 more sleep, scans tomorrow afternoon at 1.30pm. I'm working till 8pm tonight and 7-12.30pm tomorrow so I'm definitely booked up until the scan ha x

Oh that's good, lots of distraction! I haven't been actually sick yet either although was close last night. It's just constant nausea. All day and evening.
But if it's all ok then I don't care!! Haha!

I'm keeping everything crossed for you for tomorrow. I know it's so nerve wracking!!

That's what I said to my OH, as long as I know something's there then all the sickness will definitely be worth it!!

Appointment went well was there nearly 2 hours they go through notes on previous baby's n births etc, take bloods do height blood pressure, medical history, and they made my 12 week scan x

Wow, 2 hours?!
My midwife clinic only runs from 9-10.30 and my appointments at 10am so I don't think I'll be there as long as you!
That's great that they've booked you in for your 12 week scan, when is it?

Yeah early scan is Thursday and dating scan booked 6th Jan but disappointed that I ain't allowed give birth I have to have another c section they said coz I hemoraged bad with last c section x

That's good you're all booked up Julie. I called my doctors but couldn't book an appointment with my GP and she said I needed to. Need to go down Friday morning and they should have an appointment first thing so will do that.

How you feeling Kez?

I've felt really sick today. I'm happy but worried what the next scan will show. Very aware it could all still go wrong!

Fab Julie. Shame about the natural birth though! They're just looking after you.

Feeling good Lolly, had 2 meals so far today and kept them down! Saves picking at toast and sandwiches haha.
Nervous but excited for tomorrow!
Can I ask though, you know you said you've got another scan on the 23rd, which will make you 8+6 I think? Did you request that or did they offer you one?

Sickness is a good sign :-)
Yes I'll be 8+6 on the 23rd. I requested the scan as I wanted to be able to relax a bit over Christmas and hopefully see that the heartbeats are still going & that they've grown.

Few twinges/subtle cramps tonight and queasiness. I asked them if twinges and cramps were normal and they said yes! I'm still worried that when I go back the hearts will have stopped and they haven't grown but trying to be positive!!!!

Lolly that's good then, I was thinking about that. My scans tomorrow and I don't see my midwife until the 12th January where she will book me in for my 12 week scan. Hoping I can hold out till then without doing a double check!
Has it sunk in yet that there's 2 in there???

Erm it hasn't really sunk in no!! I'm not sure when it will....maybe 12 weeks when I can worry a bit less? If I get there!! At the moment I just keep thinking anything could go wrong and it's so early.

She did give me a due date but that was based on a singleton pregnancy. She said twins usually come earlier. Think mine will most likely change once I get to my midwife etc. She said 28th July.

Oh do let us know Kez. I'll be thinking of you! I also stalk the pregnancy after infertility thread but I'm too scared to join yet. Think I'll wait a while longer. xxx

I'm on soooo many drugs it's a joke. My bill yesterday for about 2.5 weeks was £540!
