that's fine Sazisi - couldn't agree more!

Thumbwitch, we don't won't Brian McWhiney back here either. Let's launch him into outer space and see where he lands. only fair!

General consensus here seems to be that whatever you think of KK, at least she's actually living on the same continent as her children.

TheCrackFox · 07/05/2010 10:11

He is such a pratt.

As an aside does anyone know if the rumours that Brian tried to gain custody so his mum could look after his DDs whilst he remained in Australia are true?

How on Earth could he think that was in the best interests of his children?

Magaly · 07/05/2010 12:57

oh yes, his precious mother Mairead. I have some sympathy for her BUT she needs to open her eyes. HER son is prioritising his love life and career over his kids, so she doesn't see as much of them as she might if they were together still. BUT there have been pictures of Kerry at dublin airport taking the kids to see his mother, so it's not as if kerry is taking her battles with brian out on his mum. I think brian should be grateful for that. but no, he carries on rocking the boat and slagging her off. and he and his mum go on the late late show talking about 'the kerry situation' with cat bum lips. well that little move backfired on them when the viewers all seemed to side with camp katona! ha ha.

NOT saying I'd want my grandchildren brought up by a woman who clearly has substance abuse issues and issues, but stillllll. I do have sympathy for Mairead, but she's deluded and a bit snidey.

Was that the Late Late that he sang that desperate song about 'Daddy Love' or some such drivel?

I tend to avoid watching the Late late but I did enjoy seeing Brain McTwonkan asking Ryan T (the presenter for those of you who don't kow the Late Late) something along the lines of would be really give up his highly paid job and mover countries to go to his kids (justifying it by saying he'd need the job to help support said kids) and Ryan T answered 'Yes of course I would'

I worded it badly - but it really put Brain McTwonkan in his place

Oh yes. He wanted Ryan Tubridy to validate his deadbeat choices and RT wasn't going to do that!

I hardly ever watch it either. Caught two minutes of it the night gerry died and it was a row of suits all eulogising Gerry. Had to turn off again. (and I liked the guy)
