some of the comments aren't pleasant either.

i know this shop, live local to it. It is a horrible shop, the manager is very unpleasant, the whole shop smells of wee and it is the most expensive charity shop i have ever known, i once bought a jumper ex h&m with a hole in it , it cost ten quid, it must have been cheaper when it was new from h&m.

Am quite a fan of the shop myself (have been going in there for 14 years) and never had a moments trouble from the manager . I always without fail buy my Christmas cards in there and occasional games/dvds for the dc. Agree that its a little bit overpriced! but then most charity shops are these days. I've never noticed that it smelled of wee.

have just googled jan moir for fun and discovered that she received a Stonewall Bigot of the Year award for her dismal piece on Stephen Gately. Well deserved, by all accounts.
