wowsers. you know, i look dreadful in the morning too, but i wouldn't allow myself to be photographed. what an odd mix of neurotic and conceited she must be to go for it. it actually makes me like her more, for some reason.

I can't believe she let those photos be published. Either (a) the newspaper didn't let her have the right of refusal or (b) she is braver than expected.

I admit to finding her fascinating. She reveals such unattractive aspects herself (personality-wise and now also physically). Is it that she doesn't see how negative they are? Does she think that most people secretly think the same way she does? Or is she really self-flagellating? I can't work her out.

I read the article and I assumed that the picture is her view of what 'poor' people look like, or at least those who can't afford to spend £200 per week on grooming.

I like the list of other articles by her, most of which start 'Liz Jones moans...'. I wouldn't mind her income to moan about stuff.

My overriding view of this article is just how selfish and self-centred she is. I wonder if she will ever offer a lift to the old lady pushing a trolley that she sees every week.

I am cracking up at the photo of her warmimg herself by her log-burning stove (because that'a what poor people do, natch), wearing rags and an acrylic cardie- are we supposed to believe this is her "poverty costume"? How patronising...and why did she deprive us of her usual label-fest when it comes to describing her outfits? I would have loved to have read about her Ethel Austin knitwear and Peacocks ankle boots.

I think she is just utterly utterly bizarre...she seems to know nothing of the real world and has absolutely no shame or embarassment about revealing this to all and sundry. it's most odd.
