Another Friday, another absence of Zoe's column in the Guardian. I feel strangely involved, and can find nothing on the web. Does anyone know?

no, i find her column really snoozeville though probably alone in that

preciouslillywhite · 04/09/2009 21:22

isn't she on here??

we love Zoe in our house. but prefer it when she writes about her dog...

fiver · 04/09/2009 21:51

i find her column snootyville

I like her (but not quite as much as I like Lucy Mangan). I usually agree with her. Most of all I feel fully involved in a random journalist's pregnancy and I really need to know all is well.

And then I need to get a life, I know.

shameless bump. I demand to know!!

I'm bumping again as now am beginning to feel worried in that way that I always do when I haven't heard from someone who's due (and it always turns out they're just too knackered to send out the text). Of course, I don't actually know ms williams but she has involved me in her pregnancies by writing about them in my chosen paper.

PollyParanoia · 15/09/2009 14:36

Can I bump this again?
this is a little bit sad of me I know...

tethersend · 17/09/2009 13:24

Is it sadder that it's one of the threads I'm watching....?

Dammit, I want to know too!

PollyParanoia · 21/09/2009 10:25

It's all fine. Baby girl called Harper.
I feel obscurely cheated by the Guardian - that they should involve us in every gynaecological and obstetric detail of ZW's pregnancy and then not give us the pay-off. Is that a bit irrational?

Baconsarnie · 21/09/2009 14:11

Thanks for letting us know PP! Lovely name. I agree, it seems strange not to give us the pay-off - there's been nothing in the paper at all.

elkiedee · 22/09/2009 08:55

Thanks to those who asked and answered the question - I'm obviously a bit sad too.

Hassled · 23/09/2009 21:37

Thank you thank you thank you! Am very glad all's well.

Thanks! How did you find out? I've googled this a couple of times and found nothing (so sad, i know!)

NanaNina · 08/10/2009 11:25

Me too wondering about Zoe - and agree it would have been nice to have known. Isn't it susrprising how we can get so involved with someone we don't know, although being on MN certainly means that happens too! Anyway glad all is well for her - I was beginning to think something must be wrong. yes how did you find out Polly?

SkaterGrrrrl · 08/10/2009 13:56

Harper as in Harper Lee?

Meglet · 08/10/2009 20:41

phew! I was getting worried as I hadn't seen any news yet . Looking forward to hearing about her dealing with a toddler and newborn.

kikidee · 09/10/2009 07:57

Nice update on Zoe here

tattycoram · 09/10/2009 08:16

Oh that's lovely. Thurston is beautiful isn't he. I loved it when she talked about the bitter sweet thing of knowing you're not going to have another baby and trying to remember it all.
