ditto everything hatwoman said.

andvery about your hospital telling you that no midwives were available. that is the usual tactic to pressure women who were planning a HB to come in.

as in your case, if it wasn't a HB it would have been a beside the motorway one.

massive congratulations and well done to you both (it was on AOL today - if I ever looked at more threads I would have known) I imagine I would have murdered my DH if he'd had to deliver any of our DSs (it was bad enough that he'd done it before and knew more than me)
