Of course only those of a certain age will remember him, and Take Hart, the show he did.

That's so sad. I loved him.

It was called Hart Beat when I watched it, it was one of my favourite shows.
He always seemed like a real gentleman.

Just read this on Wikipedia. Poor guy
''an interview with The Times published on 30 September 2008, revealing that two strokes had robbed him of the use of his hands and left him unable to draw. He described this as "the greatest cross I have to bear"

I too loved Take Hart, was one of my favourite programmes.
He's one of those people you maybe don't think about often, but just sort of expect to be there, always looking the same too

Oh and yes, loved Morph/Morf (must look up spelling!) too.

Very sad. I'm old enough to remember Vision On too. Another bit of my childhood gone .

Aw, I loved Tony Hart. I read an interview with him not so long ago..he was such a lovely man.

Thats really sad..Im loved his show,

That's so sad. I have got the DD's into morph after finding some clips on You tube. He was fab.

So sad I loved Hartbeat and Take Hart.

Lovely man. Has been in poor health for a while - knew he'd had a stroke in the past few years. - will always remember Take Hart and Vision On.
