I wasn't comparing the two incidents. I was saying I admired the meticulous planning that went into the twin towers attack, even though for a horrific outcome.

I realised, I can’t personally detach from horrific outcome or use word admire to describe it in any context personally.

I’m not admiring the outcome.

I realise. It’s a very sensitive topic. Let’s stick to Louvre, I saw someone filmed it.

CCTV woefully lacking! No camera covered the place where they broke in. 1 in 3 rooms don't have CCTV at the Louvre. Incredible lack of security for a place so important like this. Makes me wonder what the situation is like at the British Museum or National Gallery.
