There is a website in America called The Drudge Report, that is rapidly becoming the online version of CNN or Sky. It is increasingly influential as a place the American public goes to get their news (note the 'ticker' at the bottom of the page that shows how many 'hits' the site has had in the last 24 hours - atm, it is almost 23 million). Matt Drudge is the founder/CEO.

It has been very clear for quite some time that Matt Drudge is anti-Hilary and pro-Obama. There have been endless photos on the website of Hilary looking sour/miserable and Obama looking presidential. Her gaffes have been played up for days, his negative issues (like Rev. Wright) have been covered (of course), but didn't 'linger'.
Will be interesting to see how the coverage changes now that it will be Obama v McCain.
