I think i would be so ashamed of my family that I would hide from the press, not put myself in the spotlight tbh

I think I might wait for the trial to find out exactly what she really did do......

We'll see a lot more of this stuff though as the papers can't print anything about the case now can they? I don't know how they're going to get her a fair trial either. i don't think I could regard myself as impartial - there has just been too much on the news etc.

expect the press went to her rather than her seeking them out. She was obviously very hurt when KM didn't attend her ds' funeral etc so the resentment against her sister was strong anyway. Actually it's that hurt I hear more than outrage about what happened to Shannon tbh.

Well, it's all one big mess there that's for sure. Hope they get some decent help in sorting things out. The more that is said and printed, the harder it is going to be though

Marina - while I agree that jounalists shouldn't exploit people, I would like to point out that no-one is forcing these people to take the money!!

if i felt for one minute any of my nephews or nieces (or any other child for that matter) was being neglected to the extent of not have proper nappies or having to feed its self, i would act there and then!

Whilst I agree that these people are not forced to take the money, and I think it's low to do such a thing, some (not all) so-called "journalists" virtually stalk their prey until they get what they want.

I use the term journalist very loosely in these cases.

the entire matter is really seedy and vile and it seems everyone involved is motivated by the filthy lucre. It certainly brings out people's true qualities IMO. Agree with Marina's earlier point.

I honestly cannot tell you how many times I've got them all in the car, started driving away and thought to myself "Fucking hell....I've leftthe baby on the road side"

I've had to turn around andmake sure I've got them all so many times because I'm sure I've left one somewhere, and I only have 4.

I have driven off without the buggy before....but the baby was in the car.

I'm completely opinion free about thsi whole thing BTW.

on a slight hungover New Years Day I got DS' birthday wrong. So I'm not going to throw any stones for this sort of error.
